well things going great guns on the decorating front here in sunny dundee lol, been going to the gym and lost nearly 4 stone people say im to skinny now ye cannae win lol. On the football front well the season approaches and im unsure whether ive gave it up or no but im fit what ever conclusion i come to. anyway come on dundee!!

Hi the works still filtering through from the web but can do with increasing the workload quite a bit yet. Its amazing how many people look at the internet these days for tradesmen think the yellow pages is becoming a thing of the past.

Anyway on the gym front hit target weight woohoo and the season just finished so hoping to be in tip top shape come start of next season.

Hi things a little quiet on the painting and decorating front at the moment though still some calls from internet sites filtering through so theres hope eh,
On the football side we were thrashed 5-2 on sunday only plus point is i came through 90 mins unscathed but to say i played poor is an understatement lol.
Anyways last game v Tayport on Sunday.

I Joined the gym in Monifeith last week and already shed 4 pound still another 12 to go jeez.

Dundee drew 1-1 with clyde and the bayview won 4-2 against angus thistle oh and even joined the gym this week determined to lose a stone lol.

Well not a bad weekend Dundee picked up 3 points at home to hamilton (bout time) and the Bayview managed to get a result 4-3 to harlequins bring on the cutty on tuesday.
Anyway on the work front phone calls are dribbling through from web site so quite pleased with that just hoping to get a few jobs out the qoutes i have put in.
