Anyway on the gym front hit target weight woohoo and the season just finished so hoping to be in tip top shape come start of next season.

Hi things a little quiet on the painting and decorating front at the moment though still some calls from internet sites filtering through so theres hope eh,
On the football side we were thrashed 5-2 on sunday only plus point is i came through 90 mins unscathed but to say i played poor is an understatement lol.
Anyways last game v Tayport on Sunday.

I Joined the gym in Monifeith last week and already shed 4 pound still another 12 to go jeez.
